Quality in the modern market has become a more and more essential concept.
Dal Ben S.p.A. has considered it essential to achieve certification and to establish their own internal system of Quality Management in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006 to identify and meet the needs of its customers expectations, to obtain competitive advantages and achieve, maintain and improve the performance and organizational skills. All this is to provide the customers a product that satisfies the standard rules and the contractual requirements.
The importance assigned by Dal Ben S.p.A. at the welding process is highlighted by the fact that the company is certified RINA UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2006 and DIN 18800-7 Class E. It has its own qualified and certified staff by Italian Institute of Welding and by Rina Group in accordance with: UNI EN 287-1 and UNI EN ISO 15614-1. Our operators are qualified for the execution of all non-destructive test on the weldings like PT, MT, UT and RX, as by norm EN 473 ISO 9712 and SNT-TC-1A with approval PED. Particularly considerable is our certification DIN 18800-7 Class E, which is the most strict German standard for the execution of welded structures with dynamic load.
Furthermore our company pays special attention to all aspects linked to the environment and safety, which we've considered priority since ever. Natural consequence is the integrated certification UNI EN ISO 14001 for the environment, BS OHSAS 18001 for the work safety and SA 8000 for the ethics.
Both quality and security, have become the guidelines for all business processes of Dal Ben S.p.A..
